My name is Toshiya Nakano and I am an English speaking dentist in Ise City, Mie Prefecture. I have been practicing dentistry at my clinic for over 30 years based on the following 4 concepts:

I hold diplomas from Japanese Society of Oral Implantology, The Japanese Academy of Clinical Periodontology and The Academy of Clinical Dentistry. In addition, I am also a member of the Japanese Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. Because of this, our clinic offers care for all phases of general dentistry, including dental implants, oral surgery, aesthetic dentistry, orthodontic therapy and periodontal therapy.

If you would like to make an appointment and you have Japanese ability, you can call the clinic anytime between 09:00 to 12:30 and 14:30 to 18:00 (see clinic hours below) to schedule an appointment at your convenience.
However, in the event that you have little or no Japanese ability, I invite you to contact me through email，or to make a online appointment.
We do accept walk-in visits but please keep in mind that we must give first priority to our regularly scheduled appointments. In the event of emergency care, there is no need for an appointment.

When I am not working in my clinic, I love to study English and play golf. I’ve been studying English twice a week for three years with my English teacher Keith, who is from Minnesota (USA). And, we practice golf AND English about twice a month!
